What’s your return policy?

The last thing we want is for our customers to be unhappy with one of our products, but if for some reason you are then we are happy to exchange the item within 21 days or refund within 14 days of the original order. Ensure the order is sent back in the condition it was receieved with the original receipt and a note on.

Do you ship internationally?

Of course! In fact we would love to get our products across every ocean, but please note that it will mean that shipping costs are higher and will stretch the further away you are.

It’s probably best to drop us a quick email before just to double check the price and make sure you are happy with it.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Currently we accept PayPal and all debit and credit cards (including Apple Pay Set up).

Can my order be changed or cancelled?

Unfortunately not, once the order is done it’s done. If you send us an email stating you want your item to be changed, as long as we haven’t already sent it out, we will work to best endeavours to try and sort something as long as it’s the same price. We do offer returns if you do for some reason want to cancel your order, this follows the returns policy stated above.

When can I expect my order?

We ship via Royal Mail and you should receive your order 2-5 working days after your order. We don’t ship on bank holidays.
